So I intend to make a stink about this but wanted to be sure I am right to do so.
As a trustee I was not involved in deciding when where or what time the upcoming AGM will be held .
I had to ask the building manager if there is going to be an AGM even? as its a month overdue and then was told the particulars.
Is this something I can take issue with what are my options?
